Through video, performance & sculpture Serene draws connections between the present and the past. Generating an aesthetic strata that holds multiple possibilities and obsolete histories. Thinking about the space between spirit and earth she creates objects and installations that approach an aggregation of feelings, gestures and materials- colliding language, and chance. In the ongoinging quest to capture and document aliveness they are constanlty molting, generating, and percolating. Their interest lie in poetics language, puzzle, performance, video & sculpture.}
